Consent to the giving of documents by electronic communication may be withdrawn at any time.

I authorise the Rapid Group to act on instructions that I send to them electronically and to provide any or all information to me through electronic communication in accordance with:

• Electronic Transactions Act 1999
• Electronic Transactions (Victoria) Act 2000
• Motor Car Traders Act 1986
• National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009
• Roads Safety Act 1986

 

Documents that may be provided electronically include, but not limited to:

• Notices and disclosure documents about my credit application or a copy of my assessment
• Notices and disclosure documents about my insurance requirements / application
• Credit contract documents or variations to a credit contract
• Motor vehicle purchase contract
• Any other notices or documents required by any law
• Notices or documents from the Rapid Group.

I accept that I am responsible for notifying the Rapid Group when any of my contact information changes.

I know that I can revoke this consent at any time by contacting the Rapid Group.
