Finance Broker (Vic)

We are one of Australia's largest Asset and Commercial Finance Brokers, boasting a solid reputation in the market place. With high expectations, this role forms an integral part of our Finance Specialist Team that will help achieve our business objectives and customer service outcomes.

We are seeking Finance Consultants to join our professional team of finance experts to work with a "Sales Funnel" mentality.

We want you to demonstrate a proven experience of operating in a fast-paced environment whilst delivering the very best customer outcomes.

We will train you to assess the provided leads, take full finance applications, submit loan applications to lenders for assessment and settlement, throughout which you will be professionally interacting directly with our clients and lenders.

  • Previous experience in a phone based sales role
  • Strong negotiation and solutions based selling skills
  • Highly organised with exceptional time management skills
  • Success oriented, self motivated individual with very strong work ethic
  • Intermediate computer skills with an ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new concepts or changes
  • Work ethically within the strict industry compliance standards
  • Innovative, with an ability to "think outside the square"
